Tired Girl's debut EP - "Internal" - a collection of 6 songs that pair rhythms of dance music to emotive chords and melodies. Each song leans into Liz’s intuitive, accidental and impulsive song writing process, with the result being a primarily emotion-driven sound

The EP was written during a difficult period of Liz’s life that led into states of deep introspection, which she found difficult to express. This body of work gave way to the idea of transforming uncomfortable emotions that are hard to sit with into an atmosphere where they can become something beautiful. Internal explores and celebrates grief, longing, heartbreak, loneliness, anger, rage, disgust, fear and love; ultimately revelling in the vulnerability of human experience from all sides, particularly the ones we usually try to hide. Internal is a triumphant reintroduction to Liz’s capabilities as a musician and producer, and an exciting signifier of things to come for Tired Girl
